Remember to empty all garbage bins!
CLEANING BEFORE MOVING OUT
We ask that you leave the apartment nice and clean for the next tenant. Everyone likes to move into a tidy home.
CLEANING
You must clean the apartment according to the following instructions:
Kitchen

Wipe down all surfaces of kitchen cabinets, drawers, and countertops carefully.

Clean the stove and oven, including the baking sheets. They should all be clean and grease-free. Without disconnecting the electrical cable, pull the stove away from the wall and then clean the floor and wall behind the stove.

Clean the hood and filter carefully.

Defrost and clean the refrigerator and freezer. Unplug all the power cords and leave the doors open. When defrosting, please make sure that the water does not leak onto the floor. Leaking water can cause permanent moisture damage.

If you have had a dishwasher installed, reinstall any cabinets that were removed. Plug the dishwater's water and drain pipes.
Bathroom, WC and sauna

Clean the toilet, sink, taps and shower enclosure carefully.

Scrub the walls, floors and floor drains (and the sauna, if your apartment has one).
The entire apartment

Wash all floors as appropriate for your floor type:

Vinyl carpet: vacuum and scrub

Vinyl planks: vacuum and wash with a damp (not soaking wet!) mop

Laminate flooring: vacuum and dry mop

Wash all windows. If the outdoor temperatures are below freezing, only wash the inner windows and the space between the inner and outer windows.

Wash the glass surfaces of the balcony/terrace glazing (if applicable).

Wipe all surfaces of cabinets, wardrobes, window sills, doors and doorposts.
Other

Sweep and mop the balcony/terrace (if applicable). Wash glass surfaces of terrace glazing (if applicable).

Make sure that no belongings are left behind in the apartment.

Empty out waste containers and wash them thoroughly. Remember that furniture and other large items do not belong in the building's waste bins. Tenants must transport such items directly to Ekorosk.

All the apartment's original equipment (IPTV box and associated equipment, home switch, shower curtains, smoke alarms, instruction manuals, etc.) must remain in the apartment.

Verify that all lighting fixtures work properly.

If we discover that smoking has taken place in the apartment, we will take measures to eliminate the smell and traces at your expense.

Remember to empty your storage space and sweep its floor.
