SECURITY DEPOSIT
Before moving in, you must pay a deposit (guarantee) equal to one month's rent. We keep this security deposit for the entire duration of your rental agreement. When your rental agreement ends, your security deposit is refunded according to our terms and conditions.
The deposit serves as a guarantee for the property owner to cover any costs caused by the tenant that arise after the lease has ended. Examples include the cost of damages, abnormal wear and tear, lost keys, cleaning, etc.
Typically, our housing offer includes a bank transfer slip for the security deposit. If it is not included for some reason, you will be given one when you sign the rental agreement.
Please note that you may not move in before you have paid your security deposit!
