HOUSE RULES
Your neighbours live next door and perhaps also on the floors above and below you. Living close to other people is easier when everyone follows common rules. We ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbours. Please remember that your guests (and any pets) must also abide by our house rules!
COMMON SPACES

Keep all doors locked.

Avoid excessive noise and unnecessary loitering.

Remember that the laundry room and drying room are also for your neighbours. Instructions for using the laundry/drying room and machines are posted on the laundry room wall.

Tidy up after yourself so that the spaces stay nice and clean for everyone.

Store seldom used items etc. in your storage space.

To avoid obstructing lawnmowers and snow plows, please tidy up any toys and outdoor equipment after use.
WASTE DISPOSAL

Waste needs to be sorted for recycling. Please follow the instructions on the waste containers. For more information about how to sort waste, visit Ekorosk's website: Sorting waste for recycling

Always put the right waste in the right container.

Everything that is not household waste (furniture, electronics, Christmas trees, etc.) must be transported directly to the recycling station by tenants.
APARTMENTS

Please be considerate and avoid loud noise between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Keep your apartment in good condition.

Immediately report any leaks or other problems you may find.

Only Pedersöre Bostäder is allowed to make modifications and repairs in the apartments.

Keep your terrace/balcony, carport/parking space and storage area tidy.
PARKING

Parking is only allowed in the carports and parking lots. Do not park near or in front of entrances as this may block important access routes. Rescue services and property management must have unobstructed access to the building!

Avoid letting your car idle unnecessarily.

Passenger compartment heaters must always use a programmed timer. NOTE! Our engine heater posts must not be used to power passenger compartment heaters.
SMOKING

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas.

Anyone who violates the smoking ban will be charged for the costs for repairing the damage caused by smoking.

Place cigarette butts in designated containers, do not throw them onto the lawn.
AIRING OUT THE APARTMENT & CLEANING CARPETS

When airing out your apartment, please do not open the door to the stairwell. This is forbidden out of consideration for your neighbours. Please use the designated stands outdoors for removing the dust from carpets.
VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES
Violations of house rules may result in the termination of your rental agreement.
PETS

Pets must always be kept on a leash outdoors.

Do not let pets relieve themselves near entrances.

If you leave your pets alone in the apartment, you must make sure they do not disturb your neighbours by making noise.

You will be held responsible for all damages and cleaning costs caused by your pets.
