BACKGROUND
In the late 1990s, Pedersöre decided to change how it manages its rental properties.
The earlier, scattered approach made administration and maintenance complicated. The new goal was to manage properties in an efficient, professional and financially sustainable manner over the long term. All apartments would be managed by a single board that shared personnel across all the properties. Pedersöre Bostäder (Pedersöre Housing) was born.
NOW
Over the years, Pedersöre Bostäder has grown through property purchases, mergers and new construction. We are the largest provider of rental housing in Pedersöre, with housing options in all its communities.
In addition to our company's own housing options, we also manage apartments for BAb Vallbo, BAb Tegelbruksvägen and Pedersöre Municipality.
FUTURE GOALS
Pedersöre municipality has defined clear goals for its future: it wants to provide high-quality basic services, support population growth, and be an environment where people and businesses thrive.
