RESCUE PLAN
Make sure you know your home's fire-escape routes in advance: windows with evacuation ladders, the balcony, etc. It is important that everyone knows how to get out of the apartment in case of a fire.

In every apartment, smoke detectors are installed and the company maintains and checks their functionality. As a tenant, you have a responsibility to report a fault if you notice that the detector is not working.

RESCUE ROUTES
Parking is only allowed in designated parking spaces. Do not park near or in front of entrances as this may block important access routes. Rescue services and property management must have unobstructed access to the building!
