Please remember to provide us with your account number for the refund of the security deposit.
REFUNDING OF DEPOSIT
After you have moved out and the move-out inspection has been completed, your security deposit will be refunded. This is on condition that there are no rent arrears, and no damage or defects are found during the move-out inspection.
